AIPLA
Founded in 1897, AIPLA is a national bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community. AIPLA represents a wide and diverse spectrum of individuals, companies and institutions involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition law, as well as other fields of law affecting intellectual property. Our members represent both owners and users of intellectual property.
Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys
Welcome to The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), the professional and examining body for patent attorneys (also known as patent agents) in the UK.
 European Communities Trade Mark Association
ECTA, the European Communities Trade Mark Association, was formed in 1980.
ECTA numbers approximately 1.400 members, coming from all the Member States of the European Union with associate members from all over the world
The International Trademark Association (INTA)
The International Trademark Association (INTA) is a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as elements of fair and effective commerce.
The Association was founded in 1878 by 17 merchants and manufacturers who saw a need for an organization “to protect and promote the rights of trademark owners, to secure useful legislation and to give aid and encouragement to all efforts for the advancement and observance of trademark rights.”

European Patent Institute
The European Patent Institute is a professional body, representing registered European Patent Attorneys and currently has a membership of 10.000.
Intellectual Property Owners Association
Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), established in 1972, is a trade association for owners of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. IPO is the only association in the U.S. that serves all intellectual property owners in all industries and all fields of technology.
Licensing Executives Society International
The Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) is an association of 32 national and regional societies, each composed of men and women who have an interest in the transfer of technology, or licensing of intellectual property rights - from technical know how and patented inventions to software, copyright and trademarks.
